Kendall Jenner’s Fashion Week Diet

Props to E! News for getting this info out of Kendall Jenner! The busy up-and-coming model, now professionally known as Kendall (She dropped the “Jenner.”), let E! News in on her fashion week beauty regime.

The Food: Not all that surprising, really- Kendall keeps it clean with fruits, vegetables, and lean protein. Her snack of choice? Apples, which keep you fuller longer thanks to a high fiber content.

The Exercise: She keeps it simple with short cardio sessions. “I like running. I’ve been trying to get back into it.”

The Sleep: Kendall’s self-proclaimed “fashion week beauty secret” is good old fashioned sleep. “I feel like I at least need about seven hours, eight hours of sleep to function.”
