After clinically administering the common cold virus to 164 people, scientists found that those who slept less than 6 hours a night over the course of five days were four times as likely to be infected than those who slept 7 to 9 hours. Those who got less sleep also struggled to fight the virus off.

Did you hear that, ladies? Four times as likely to get sick. So off with Netflix- it will still be there in the morning. Get your Zzz’s, girl.
