If lunges and squats were the only way to a fit bum, a lot of women would never have one. Truth is, toning up your backside is easier said than done, so finding some moves you aren’t totally turned off by is crucial in reaching your rounded-rear goals.
Fitness expert Cindy Leos has shared one exercise that tones several muscle areas at once and can also be done three different ways: “One of my favorite effective exercises for lifting the booty is elevated bridging. And yes, it not only targets the booty, but it also strengthens the hamstrings, inner thighs, and tummy. And it’s even more effective if you can place your feet on an elevated object, such as a bed, chair, sofa, etc.”
