Alright, well, this might take the cake on the strangest weight loss fad we’ve ever heard, but since we never say never, we won’t: the moon diet. Also appropriately known as the werewolf diet or lunar diet, the moon diet is based on the concept that the moon has an effect on our bodies that’s similar to its gravitational pull on the earth’s oceans and rivers, and that it can help you lose six pounds in 24 hours, according to devotees.
