Patrick Dockry started his career in the beauty industry at the age of 16, when he was asked to work in his friend’s parents garage for a start up company with an innovative idea for a nail enhancement product. That small company became known as Creative Nail Design. Over time CND, as it is known today, became an international player in the beauty industry collaborating with the world’s top designers across the globe.
Over the next several years Patrick was introduced to the ins and outs of the manufacturing and production of beauty products. In addition, he was provided the opportunity to attend beauty and trade shows where he fell in love with the idea of becoming a hairdresser, eventually enrolling in beauty school and receiving his cosmetology license. After graduating from cosmetology school Patrick worked at several well-established hair salons where he was able to establish and grow an enthusiastic following. Over time, he became known as a highly skilled hairdresser, proficient in all hair types and ethnicities.
Eventually, though his career path led to ownership of several highly successful salons he continued to stay abreast of industry happenings, trends and techniques and began work as an educator for various large hair care manufacturers, which evolved to a position as an owner-distributor for several large hair care beauty supply organizations.
In 2009, Patrick and Company launched ENJOY LIVE TV, a lifestyle TV show featuring celebrity, food, beauty & fashion, health & fitness, travel and lifestyle. Following the success of ENJOY LIVE TV, Patrick launched Enjoy Life Magazine, a nationally distributed print and lifestyle magazine. In June 2011, Enjoy Life Magazine became Enjoy Life and Style Magazine and www.EnjoyLifeandStyleMag.com. After significant consideration and careful testing, and to better articulate the spirit of Enjoy media, Enjoy Life and Style Magazine evolved to Health Beauty Life Magazine and Health Beauty Life.com. The quarterly published, glossy magazine is distributed to top salons, spas and medical professional waiting rooms nationwide with a quarterly distribution of 80,000 issues and a reach estimated in excess of 10 million.
Premiering October 2012 is Patrick Dockry Health Beauty Life, the national television show is estimated to air in 211 markets with a staggering reach in excess of 85 million households.
