Dark chocolate, cubed – 1 cup (or chocolate of your choice)
Milk Chocolate, cubed – ½ cup
Butter – 2 tbsp
Assorted nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, pine nuts, walnuts), crushed coarsely – 1 cup
Microwave the assorted nuts for 1 minute so that they become crisp.
Take a double boiler and melt the dark chocolate and milk chocolate separately. Remove from boiling and add a tbsp of butter in each chocolate mix.
Divide the assorted nuts into equal portions and add to dark chocolate and milk chocolate. When warm, take square shaped chocolate trays/molds. Fill half the square with dark chocolate and the other with milk chocolate. Set in the refrigerator for 20 – 25 minutes. (Do not deep freeze). Yummy nutty chocolates are ready for your dessert.
