As part of a collection of six excellent dining establishments and four lounges (not to mention brilliant in-room fare,) the Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i at Mānele Bay is proud to include celebrity chef and restaurateur Nobuyuki “Nobu” Matsuhisa’s NOBU Lāna’i.
With the restaurant’s target of sourcing 80 percent of its vegetables from Lāna’i farmers, sustainability is achieved in the most delicious of ways. Each day, produce is picked fresh in the verdant mountain valleys just above Mānele Bay at a farm dedicated to the kitchens of The Four Seasons Mānele Bay and The Lodge at Koele.
Overseen by Chef Sean Mell and NOBU Lāna’i General Manager, Russ Boykin, the ultra rich Hawaiian soil produces astonishingly delicious elements for that evening’s fare. These farm-to-table delicacies coupled with just-caught seafood, make each meal at NOBU unforgettably delicious.
