There are millions of diets out there. Paleo, gluten free, vegan… the list goes on. I think all of them can be great for different reasons, depending on your body (and how much you are willing to give up). I noticed I was having stomach aches consistently and decided to cut something out to see if it helped. Cutting out dairy has been a tremendous help! Just cutting down on certain foods can make you feel a lot different. Try it for yourself! One thing I love is creamy smoothies. I use soy or almond milk often but sometimes it just doesn’t taste right. Well I make this smoothie often and let me tell you it is delicious! Try my Dairy-Free Mango Smoothie with 3 ingredients. 1 blender. Make it happen! Top with raspberries for color!
Dairy-Free Mango Smoothie Recipe:
- 2 cups frozen chopped mango
- 1 cup frozen chopped pineapple
- 2 cups vanilla soy milk
