How To Get Yourself To Workout When It Feels Impossible

The first thing I’ve learned is that you just have to get there. So even when you feel like you’re so tired you could die, and the thought of stepping onto the elliptical is incomprehensible and almost enough to make you want to cry, stop thinking about the workout itself and just handle the transportation of getting yourself from point A to point B. Don’t imagine the machines, the utter impossibility of moving or sweating with how you feel, and the all around effort involved.
