Raise your hand if your fitness goals are crazy unrealistic. My hand is raised too. I’ll go on a huge health crusade on a Monday, and if when I’m getting ready to go out that Friday I don’t see the beginnings of a 6-pack, or new definition in my arms and legs, then I give up, and try the same thing in another 6 months. Needless to say, I never reach my fitness goals.
