Yes, technically this is the hardest of the bunch, but Hawaii nail tech Jordie Mukai has broken everything down into simple steps that we’re sure you can pull off.
Difficulty Level: Expert
Essie in California Coral
OPI in Black Onyx
China Glaze in Blonde Bombshell
Base & Top Coat (Or combo)
Larger gold studs are size 3mm, Smaller studs are 1mm
Gold Nail Tape
A stick (a wooden cuticle pusher or even BBQ kabob skewer)
Nail Clippers/Small Scissors
First, paint all your nails the corresponding colors.
After polish is finished drying, apply gold sticker lines to your middle nail.
To apply gold studs to pointer and ring finger, add a little base coat to the spots where you’ll be adding your studs. Next, add a little base coat to the tip of a stick to help pick up your stud, and place it onto the nail where you added the base coat.
Apply nail glue over your studs and surrounding nail area for better adhesion for the stud to stay. Wait till dry, and cover entire nail with top coat.
Next cut your remaining lines hanging out on the sides from your middle finger with a nipper.
Cover all nails with top coat, let dry, and show off!
