Your journey starts at the Scottsdale Airport where you board a 9-passenger Cessna Caravan Amphibious Sea plane flown by Carl, a fourth generation bush pilot. Heading eastbound over the McDowell Mountains for a pre-brunch excursion, you’re given unparalleled access to the sites below.

Relax while floating over the Apache Trail and alongside the Indian ruins. Marvel over the breathtaking views and dramatic rock formations while building up an appetite.

The plane touches down in Roosevelt Lake on the shore of Rabbit Island where you’ll find an elegant spread waiting just for you. You’re warmly welcomed by your group of hosts: FnB chef, Charleen, co-owner, Pavle, and two special guests- an Arizona wine maker and a local farmer/food artisan.
