7 Things You Should Carry In Your Gym Bag

First thing’s first: kudos to you for having a gym bag and needing to read this article. Woo! Give yourself a pat on the back for taking care of your body, and read on.

Let’s be honest- a good workout leaves you simultaneously feeling awesome and kind of disgusting. But so long as you carry a few essentials in your gym bag, you can quickly whip yourself into presentable shape post-workout, meaning stopping at the store on the way home from the gym won’t be offensive to fellow shoppers, and lunch break gym sessions are no longer out of the question.

These are super useful for both pre and post workout, since you don’t want to be “that girl” whose mascara is running down her face on the treadmill.
